It was a reflection of our vision to create the most enjoyable construction company to work with in the UK that Xircon staff voluntarily nominated the company for the ‘Best Place to Work in Construction in the UK’ award organised by Contract Journal . That was reward enough in itself, but we were surprised and delighted to be announced the winner in our category at the Awards Ceremony held at Lord’s Cricket Ground in 2007.

Making sure the structure of our working systems and processes are of the highest standard is vitally important, both for us and for the reassurance it offers our clients and working partners. This why we undertake regular internal and external audits to make sure our procedures continue to meet the required standards every step of the way.

All our processes comply to ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and ISO14001 Environmental Management standards. Through the implementation of an Integrated Management System, we have now also been certified compliant to PAS 99 and, vital for the confidence and wellbeing of our workforce, OHSAS 18801 for safety management – a significant achievement on all counts for a company of our size.
