What we do

Xircon is a construction project delivery company based in central Scotland. We currently specialise in building projects up to £50m with the aim of rapidly growing the company nationwide with the capability to manage any size of project, anywhere in the UK.

With the exception of speculative housebuilding, we offer a service to clients in the residential, commercial, retail, industrial, education and health sectors, acting as main contractors with the responsibility to deliver whole building projects by co-ordinating and managing the work of professional partners and sub-contractors from concept to completion.

We provide construction teams who can work within various contractual arrangements depending on the nature of the project, whether the requirement is for design and build, construction management, frameworks, re-measurable, lump sum or, in future, developments and PPP.
