Under the leadership of our directors, our highly experienced management teams and staff provide common services for all Xircon sites including administration, safety, IT, HR, estimating, purchasing, accounts, planning, design management and all financial and commercial functions.
Our highly skilled site teams include Project Managers, Site Foremen, Civil Engineers, Building Engineers and Quantity Surveyors – all full time staff directly employed by Xircon. This policy of building our own in-house resource of professional expertise will continue as an essential pillar of our expansion plans, offering Xircon clients the benefit of a one-stop total capability service encompassing every construction industry discipline.
