As Xircon Finance Director, Paul is primarily responsible for the establishment and maintenance of financial controls, development of corporate governance and the provision of commercial input to the Board on bringing the company’s business plan to fruition.
Paul’s impressive career history includes Finance Director of Fortis Lease UK, a subsidiary of Fortis Bank, and Divisional Head of Finance for Scottish Power Telecommunications Services (now Thus plc). Through these and similar high profile roles, Paul’s contribution to the Xircon management team brings the edge of first hand experience in an all aspects of business financing including such specialised areas as company acquisitions and disposals, start-ups and stockmarket flotation.
