Thibaut’s 15 year career in the construction industry is distinguished by an impressive legacy of major projects and an array of prestigious awards including Engineer of the Year in Scotland (1997) and Construction Manager of the Year (2002).
After 7 years with Balfour Beatty, Thibaut joined Mowlem where he served as a Regional Director with responsibility for Scotland.
His deep technical knowledge is complemented by strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate at all levels to achieve the highest quality standards and maintain projects within budget and contract timescales.
As Xircon Building Director, Thibaut’s operational style very much reflects his belief that sharing, openness, team work, trust and co-operation are key to building productive relationships and achieving success through the further development of the supply chain.
His close association over the years with Movement For Innovation (Construction Excellence) has given him the ability to develop innovative and collaborative solutions with stakeholders through the industry.
