- 25 flats and two floors of retail space in a new build block on the site of the old Stockwell China Bazaar in Glasgow City Centre. The project was surrounded by listed buildings and looks traditional from the outside, with sandstone cladding built off a lightweight metal framing system. This contract pioneered the use of the Kingspan metal frame system of construction, as it is the first time it has been used in Scotland.
